- Detailed Description – Provide relevant details, including dates, times, and any supporting information.
- Your Contact Information – Allows us to follow up if we need additional information.
Types of Abuse We Address
- Spamming: Unsolicited bulk messaging or email campaigns that disrupt users and networks.
- Cyber Attacks and DDoS: Disruptive actions like Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks aimed at overloading servers or networks.
- Phishing: Fraudulent attempts to collect personal or sensitive information by imitating legitimate entities.
- Malware and Virus Distribution: Hosting, sharing, or promoting malicious software that compromises data or systems.
- Copyright Violations: Unauthorized use, hosting, or distribution of copyrighted material.
- Illegal Gambling and Betting: Facilitating unlicensed or illegal gambling, betting, or related activities.
- Fraudulent Activities: Conducting schemes that deceive, defraud, or scam individuals or businesses.
- Adult or Explicit Content: Hosting or distributing pornography, explicit content, or content that violates content standards.
- Terrorist Content or Threats: Promoting, supporting, or facilitating terrorist activities or threats.
- Hate Speech and Harassment: Content or actions promoting hate, discrimination, or targeted harassment.
- Unlawful or Illegal Content: Hosting any material or engaging in activities that violate laws or regulatory standards.
- Impersonation and Identity Theft: Engaging in activities to impersonate individuals, businesses, or organizations without authorization.
- Financial Scams and Pyramid Schemes: Promoting schemes aimed at defrauding people or taking advantage of vulnerable individuals.
- Data Scraping or Unauthorized Data Collection: Activities aimed at extracting data without permission or legal basis.
- Counterfeit Sales: Selling or promoting fake or imitation goods in violation of intellectual property rights.
- Unlicensed Pharmaceutical Sales: Selling or distributing prescription drugs without a license or prescription requirements.
Abuse Handling Process
Upon receiving your report, the Fusion Biz Solution Abuse Team will:
- Acknowledge Your Report – You will receive a confirmation email.
- Investigate – Our team will review the report and verify the incident.
- Take Action – If there is a policy violation, we may suspend or terminate the service involved.
- Follow-Up – If needed, we will contact you for further details to help resolve the issue.
