1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new accounts applicable to certain hosting services. If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel within the first 14 days and receive a full refund. This policy applies only to first-time purchases and does not apply to renewals or add-on services.
- Applicable Services: Shared hosting and WordPress hosting services.
- Non-Applicable Services: VPS hosting services are not covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee.
- How to Request a Refund: Please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.
- Refund Processing: Upon approval, refunds will be credited back to your original bank account within 14 business days.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable due to specific infrastructure, resource, and setup time requirements. These services include but are not limited to:
- Dedicated Servers: Dedicated servers require full prepayment and are non-refundable due to setup costs and ongoing resource allocation.
- Domain Registration: Domain registration, renewal, or transfer fees are non-refundable once processed.
- SSL Certificates: SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued as they are tied to specific domains and validated by the certificate authority.
- IP Address Fees: IP address allocations are final decisions and non-refundable.
- Licenses: Software licenses, such as cPanel, Plesk, and WHMCS, are non-refundable once purchased.
- Add-On Service Fees: All add-on service fees (including but not limited to backups, extra storage, bandwidth overage, migration services, technical support, setup fees, and maintenance fees) are non-refundable once paid. All add-on service fees take effect immediately upon service activation, regardless of actual service usage.
- Promotional Offers: Services purchased through promotions or discounts are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations Due to Policy Violations
If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy, we will not issue refunds. Violations include but are not limited to: spamming, unauthorized access attempts, illegal content distribution, or activities that jeopardize the security and integrity of our infrastructure. For specific types of violations, please refer to our Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy to avoid account suspension.
4. Force Majeure and Service Interruptions
We are not liable for refunds for service interruptions due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters, wars, terrorist activities, cyber attacks, etc.). Additionally, for service interruptions caused by power outages, hardware failures, or other uncontrollable factors, Fusion Biz Solution will make every effort to restore service but does not guarantee continuous service availability and does not provide refunds.
